TWO WORDS…………………..

“What joyance rains upon me when I see, Fame in the mirror of futurity, Weaving the chaplets you have yet to gain, Ah! Then I feel I have not lived in rain.”

These lines motivated me and proved to be driving force for me to be part of education sector. To be an educator was a passion for me. From the very childhood, there was a deep glowing of the Ideas for the same and those were within my heart and soul. I was fond of sitting with the children of my age group in order to have discussion on burning issues and this interest helped me greatly to reach at the position where I exist today presently. Society played a very positive role in my life as I belong to that group of children who are not born with a silver spoon in their mouths and it’s my staunch belief that the three schools of humanity- home, school and community are solely accountable towards providing every child with a good education.

This should be one of the almost duties of a teacher to represent or deliver his/ her lecture in the class in such a way as can naturally attract the students and they feel interested in  it. In place of imposing something on the taught, teachers should willingly prefer to have practical oriented approach considering himself/herself morally answerable for the progress of every individual. It is pertinent to realize that teachers need to practice patterns of behavior that create a climate of encouragement in the classroom. We have been endeavoring under the aegis of “SHARDA SEVA SANSTHANAM” to let these dreamy ideas bloom in to the world of reality and to wipe the tears of tortured humanity in the real sense”
Meanwhile, it will be pertinent to assess about the oddities and complexities due to which it was a goardian, knot to serve the society in the field of education in remote rural areas.

Actually in rural areas, it is seen that people are hand to mouth and they largely depend on agriculture where there is crisis of capital formation and thus they grapple with the problems of cash management. They are not socially awakened and educating children gets least preference in their day to day lives. It is heart melting to see such a pitiable situation of the people in village areas.

We felt our selves accountable for society in this field and took it as a challenge and ushered in a new era for enriching human resources which dwells in the rural areas of Meerut and for fulfilling those noble dreams of creating an ideal citizen. The ideas of developing a school reared in our vision and it turned to be part of reality as M. S. Heritage School in 2005.

This project of social service for educating children was a challenging one and needed a lot of financial investment as it is a poverty- stricken area and so affordable minimum fee structure and value based education was considered to be the soul of the system adopted by us.

I fully accord with the views of Abraham Maslow
“You can teach a student a lesson for a day, but if you can teach him to learn by creating curiosity, he will continue the learning process as long as he lives.”
