Admission :

• Admissions are strictly done on the merit basis after giving the tests and subject to the availability of seats..
• The principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.

Age Limit For Admissions :

• Each student seeking admission should have completed the age mentioned below on 31st March of the year of admission.

Document required at the time of Admission:

• Proof of the age certificate issued by the authority competent to register birth.
• Transfer Certificate issued by a school countersigned by State Edu. Deptt. (IXth onwards).
• Affidavit regarding age (1st to Vlllth) if he/she has not attended any recognised school.

Leave-Rule and Attendance:

• Every student must have atleast 75% attendance to appear in any of the terminal examinations. Leave application is compulsory in case of absence of a student from the school otherwise fine will be charged.

Promotions:

Promotion is granted on the basis of the whole year's performance of a student.

• Promotion Rules for Classes Pre-Primary & Classes I to III : No student shall be detained on the basis of poor performance in the same classes against the wishes of his parent.
• Promotion Rules for class IV to IX & XI : In order to be declared "passed" at the end of session, a student must secure atleast 35% marks.

Criteria For Scholar Badges

Scholar Badges are awarded from class IV onwards to encourage the students in their studies. The following criteria are used.

• For students of classes IV and V, 80% and above marks in all the subjects the final report.
• For students of classes VI to XI, 75% and above marks in all the subjects in the final report.
• A student who has earned scholar badge for continuously three years will be awarded Blazer.
• A student who has earned scholar badge for continuously six years will be awarded Gold Medal along with Blazer and Tie.
• No student will be promoted to the next class if he/she fails to secure at least 33% marks in all the subjects including subjects underwork Experience, Physical & Health Education. Computer Studies, Music, Dance, Art Education, Group Discussion, General Studies etc. At the same time Ranks and Scholar badges will not be awarded to those who fail to appear in any of the examinations either partially or fully. However, for the purpose of the total percentage, ranks and scholar badge awards, only the performance in the main subjects of studies will be considered.
