About Us

B. R.Tyagi Public School was established in 1987 by Shri R.K.Tyagi who is the founder of the school.

In the year 1990. B. R. Tyagi Memorial Educational Society formed and got it registered and the School was recognised upto middle level by the Directorate of Education, Delhi Administration. With the hard work and sincere efforts the society and few other prominent educationists, the school was upgraded from middle to secondary level in the year 1998 and soon it was further upgraded upto Senior secondary in the year 2001.

The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education of All India Secondary and Senior Secondary School Examinations. The school has consistently shown ascending academic results.

The school has been also accredited as a study centre of National Open School for Sec. and Sr. Sec. (only for Art and Commerce) in Hindi and English medium for both boys and girls from the academic session 2002.

The school is having a spacious building in the fast growing area of Budh Vihar adjacent to Sec. 24, Rohini and far away from the congested city life offering all advantages and facilities to the students. It has its own name in academic as well as extra-curricular achievements.

The aim of the society is harmonious development of the pupils physical, mental and moral powers with emphasis on character building and growth of integrated personality. It stands for wider awareness, deeper knowledge, stronger commitment to progress and qualitative life of children.
